Sorry to disappoint but it’s not.
It’s actually Patriots rookie linebacker Brandon Spikes. As much as I tried to get a link to the actual footage, I failed. However, the folks at Barstool Sports didn’t disappoint and if you click the link you can see the actual footage.
He’s dating Doc Rivers’ daughter, Callie Rivers. Clearly it’s not her in the video. This is Callie:
It happened before he was a draftee and before he was a Patriot, yet the NFL is investigating. Investigating what exactly? I guess if he leaked it himself then they’d have something to say about that, but if it was the girl that leaked it after a failed extortion, who cares? It only embarrasses the player at this point and he shouldn’t face any kind of disciplinary action from the league.
His agent confirmed it’s Spikes in the video:
“It was something that occurred before he became an NFL draftee and a New England Patriot. I think for anyone it would be an embarrassing situation,” Watson said. “Brandon has shown to many people the kind of person he is before and after being drafted in the second round. He’s hoping to put this behind him and looks forward to having a great football season.”
And the Patriots had no comment.
