Ok,

my paragraph by paragraph opinion...

1. I agree, sort-of, Bruschi is no pro bowler, but really, neither is Mayo. Nice lookin out though...

2. As for the CBS decision,... I have to go with the network on this one. Even I can barley stand to watch this team. Frankly, its ugly most times, and very often boring to watch. But those are my dudes so I watch anyway.

3. Again I agree. As proven tonight, in a big comeback, and almost a huge squander, the Celts can handle all comers as they stand!

4. I don't care about the money, or the years, bring me Mark Teixeirriexera! And as for the small market whine..... WHAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!! My teams fans don't show up, WHAAAAAAAHHHH!!! BTW, love the Brew Crew!!! If Sabathia had any soul, he'd stay put and be the hero!

5. And finally, the Bruins don't matter yet. Win in the play-offs and I'll buy my bandwagon ticket! Fuckers lost 3-2 to the Buff!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING ALL!!!

The whole CC situation (I wish they'd stop calling it a sweepstakes) has miserably driven home the reality of small market ball...when your club breaks the bank to offer $100M over five and the other clubs freely offer up 40% more cash, free agency kinda sucks. Not that I expected the Crew to keep him in the first place...

That said, 10 @ $20M? Ten years is a long time for a guy who's going to be almost 29 on Opening Day...

Couldn't agree more with The Shield. I liked the finale so much that I'm watching it again tonight with the wife.

**SPOILER**
Wasn't it eerily similar to Chris Benoit the way Shane left his wife and kid? Creepy...

Slow week in the sports world thus far. With this being said, not sure how many of you watch the show, but The Shield Series finale last night ends the best show on television after a 7 year run. I still believe that is/was the greatest show on TV, plus it showcases the acting chops of MA native Mike Chiklis
