Patriots Welcome Buffalo to Foxboro

Interesting that it’s take till the ninth game of the season for the Pats to face the Bills. Typically the Pats open the season with Buffalo and don’t see them again until December but this year things are different.

The vaunted Bills that started out the season 4-0 were exposed as frauds in week five when they had their asses handed to them by the Cardinals 41-17. Sure, Edwards was concussed in that game and the team was forced to put Losman, who really sucks, at the wheel. But since their bye week they beat the Chargers, then lost two straight divisional games to the Dolphins and last week against the Jets.

Watching the Bills game last week I watched Brett Favre and the New York running attack just march down the field against the Buffalo defense. When the Buffalo offense took the field Marshawn Lynch wasn’t able to get pass the Jets defense and even though Edwards threw for almost 300 yards, he threw two picks, one of which was run back 92 yards for a touchdown.

So how will the Pats match up? Will they be the Pats that lit up the Rams, or the Pats that rolled over for San Diego?

Well with no pass rush and their secondary banged up I see the Pats lighting up the scoreboard against an inferior, fraud Bills teams. Moss should have a huge game and I wouldn’t be surprised to see Faulk catching passes out of the back field like his cousin Marshall back in the day.

Pats roll 34-13. Back Monday with a recap.
