Can I just say that Bill Belichick is funny, not a Parcells, jerk funny but a dry, sarcastic funny. I watch this press conference yesterday during lunch and laughed as if I were listening to Denis Leary.
Please check out this post, more importantly the comments from Da Guy. It surmises exactly how each and every Patriots fan feels. Guess what America? He’s not here for the media or the fans. Bill is here to win football games. If he could sit in a room all day and break down film, having to never talk to the media, he’d hop all over that.
Forced into media sessions week after week, Bill keeps it straight forward and to the point, so much to the point that it makes us Pats fans love it and frustrates the shit out of the media and the rest of the country. You don’t like it? Don’t watch. Careful though, you’ll miss history. And now just for you Da Guy…

Dude, you are the man! OutFuckingStanding! That is the funniest thing I’ve seen in a long time. Is that Mercury Morris? You son of a bitch. Too funny. You gotta post that on youtube or myspace so that all may enjoy! I didn’t realize I was writing a screenplay when I commented, but it came out beautifully! Nice job! If the writers weren’t on strike I’d demand royalties! But they are, so I’m out of luck! Shake it Uuuppp!
