A Double Whammy:Mitchell Report and a Jets vs. Pats Preview

clemens

Admit it. We all thought that we’d see his name, we all hoped he’d be on there. Amazing that Dan Duquette, apparently, was right. Clemens was in the “twilight of his career”. So once he gets to Toronto he orders himself up some steroids and he’s a Cy Young pitcher again. Even better he’s in NY and is suddenly rejuvenated again when injected with HGH; him and his butt buddy Andy Petitte. And despite the evidence, Clemens just like Barry Bonds*, still denies it. What a piece of shit.

There were some surprising names on the list, surprising  to me anyway. Mo Vaughn. For a guy that used HGH he looked like a dumpy load year in and year out.  Tejada was no shock given his incredible decline over the last 3 years after cashing in huge  on  his MVP year in Oakland. The same exact statement can be used for Giambi that greeseball.

Onto more important things. Like Mangina’s return to Foxboro. So it turns out that this weasel was taping the Pats signals last year at Foxboro, coincidentally a game the Pats lost. Then he tries to say that Coach Bill is the cheater?!? The New York Post continues to put an asterisks next to the Pats 13-0 win loss record? Fuck you New York and I think Bill, Brady and the boys are going to take that same mentality heading into this game.

Remember the bomb to Moss in the first game, the one where he beat 3 defenders? Get ready to see a lot of that. I don’t care if it’s a monsoon blizzard with 40MPH winds the Pats are going to light up the scoreboard against the J-E-T-S, SUCK, SUCK, SUCK! I think the 27 points is an understatement. What that implies is that worst case scenario the Pats will go up 4 touchdowns. I agree that they’re going to go up 4 touchdowns, in the first quarter.

Bruschi and the defense are as psyched up for this game as the offense is to pick apart the Jets secondary. When the media implied that the Pats should have asterisks next to their Super Bowl winds you could see the fire in Caveman Linebacker’s eyes. He’s going to be out for blood. The Pats “D” should be in the face of Clemens or Pettington or whoever the Jets roll out there for the slaughter.

I’m predicting a 42-6 rout. I’d go higher on the Pats but I think the elements will play a slight factor. I also think that Bill will start to rest the starters once they go up five scores. Let’s here some chatter out there on your thoughts.
